Before February 6, 2024 (Thursday), please mail the "Attachment 7, Registration Agreement" via registered mail (postmark as proof) to:
Department of Chinese Language and Literature, National University of Tainan, No. 33, Section 2, Shulin Street, West Central District, Tainan City, 700301.
Please indicate "National University of Tainan 113th Academic Year 2nd Semester Transfer Exam Registration Agreement" on the envelope.
Failure to complete the registration by the deadline will be considered as a forfeiture of admission, and no objections will be accepted.
(1) If a student is admitted to multiple departments, they can only choose one department to register with. If a student registers multiple times, their admission to all departments will be canceled.
(2) After completing the registration by mail, please wait for the transfer student enrollment package from the university. Upon receipt, submit the original academic and experience documents according to the guidelines and regulations.
(3) If you wish to decline admission, please fill out the "Withdrawal of Admission Declaration" (Attachment 8, must be personally signed) and return it to the Department of Chinese Language and Literature by February 6, 2024 (Thursday). Be sure to confirm by phone. (You can mail the physical form or send a scanned copy to the email address: tigerjudy@mail.nutn.edu.tw)
Since credit transfer procedures will need to be completed later, it is recommended to request 1-2 copies of your transcripts from your previous school when processing your departure. (Credit transfer applications must be submitted by February 23).
